We do recommend, if you’re just getting started or getting back into it, that you see your doctor to make sure you’re healthy enough to workout. There are a variety of additional features available including nutritional guidance, specialized workouts, as well as the option to purchase one-on-one training sessions with our experts.

  • The team behind JitsFit is a group of BJJ enthusiasts with over 20 years combined on the mat. The creators of the workout content are a husband and wife team of elite personal trainers with a combined total of 27 years in the fitness industry working. They have a proven track record of getting the most out of clients who are just starting their fitness journey, as well as top level athletes. From the first time they tapped in, they fell in love with the gentle art and their passion for BJJ has grown ever since. Over the years they have seen countless training partners take time off with aches and pains due to over training, lack of mobility, and avoidable injuries. They knew their experience as elite fitness trainers could help their friends and training partners stay off the injury list and stay on the mat, so they created JitsFit to help BJJ enthusiasts everywhere keep rolling.

  • Anywhere! The beauty of JitsFit is that we have workouts for any location. Whether you are in your gym, home, or hotel room, JitsFit can help you achieve and maintain peak performance. JitsFit is a holistic fitness app for the BJJ enthusiasts. Aside from training programs, JitsFit also gives you nutritional guidance, rest and recovery support, and more from your phone or computer. Even if you are on the go, JitsFit can keep your training going strong.

  • There are a variety of workouts available from HIIT workouts, kettlebell workouts, dumbbell workouts, Stretching programs, core workouts, to much more. If there is a workout you need that we do not have, our fitness experts can craft one for you. JitsFit is designed to help you no matter how much time you can devote to training. We have a number of workouts based on length, so if you only have 15 minutes in your day for a workout, we got you!

  • Really, you don’t need any equipment! We have lots of body weight workouts available in JitsFit. At the same time, we have workouts with a single kettlebell, a single dumbbell, or a full set of each. We are working on adding more workouts for barbells, cable machines, and everything you would have access to at a gym. Our fitness coaches are working diligently to add more workouts of all types to help BJJ enthusiasts reach their full fitness potential.

  • Yes, we do offer nutrition tracking! It’s available on any of our PRO or PRO Plus membership levels (monthly or yearly subscriptions). Macros are your macronutrients in your diet (proteins, fats, and carbs). We can help you find a range of intake appropriate for you. Everybody’s body is different and everyone has different nutritional demands based on lifestyle and goals.

Our expert coaches will tailor a plan to your specific needs.

  • All of your payments are secure and go through one of the industry leaders of online payments, Paysafe. Everyone in the JitsFit community has two membership options to choose from: monthly and yearly subscriptions.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@teamawesomedigital.com. If you are canceling your yearly subscription, you will receive a prorated refund of the rest of the subscription based on the monthly rates, minus a $50 service charge.
